1 to 2 Dragon Fruit (white, red, or both), peeled and cubed (about 1 cup)
1 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt to taste
1 Jalapeno Chile, seeded and chopped, to taste (optional)
Gently combine all ingredients in bowl. Serve with chips or use to top seafood.
