1 Frieda's Fire Dragons® Dragon Fruit
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or agave (we used manuka honey)
1/2 cup coconut yogurt, for topping
Slice Frieda's Fire Dragons® Fruit in half, then score the inside and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Pour in coconut milk, honey, and chia seeds.
Blend on the lowest speed until the mixture begins to thicken.
Pour into a mason jar and refridgerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
Remove from fridge and top with coconut yogurt.
