1 cup fresh young coconut water (we recommend Frieda’s young coconut)
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 banana, sliced
1 1/2 teaspoons peeled and grated Frieda’s fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon peeled and grated Frieda’s fresh turmeric root
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
Edible flowers, for garnish (optional)
Place all ingredients (except flowers) in blender container; blend until completely smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with edible flowers, if desired.
