2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 Frieda's Pink Dragon Fruit
1 tbsp collagen powder
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup yogurt (we used coconut yogurt)
3/4 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Slice open pink dragon fruit, score the flesh and scoop into the blender with a spoon
Then add in frozen bananas, strawberries, maple syrup, collagen powder, vanilla protein powder, yogurt, and almond milk.
Blend on high until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy!
