How to make coconut milk from fresh Frieda’s young coconuts!

Add coconut flesh, coconut water and 1 cup filtered water to high-speed blender.
Process on high until coconut is broken down as much as possible; this may take several minutes. Scrape down sides as needed to recombine.
Transfer into nut milk bag or cheesecloth-lined bowl. Wrap up contents and squeeze firmly until all liquid is removed.
Refrigerate in an airtight container up to one week.
